Established in April 2014, our testing center builds on Cormetech's advanced testing methodology and was accredited by CNAS in August 2015.

Equipped with more than 20 internationally recognized testing and laboratory instruments, the center covers the full chain of catalyst inspection, material analysis, and performance verification.

Scope includes appearance, geometry, mechanical performance, process performance, composition analysis, surface characteristics, water quality, and raw-material testing.

Structural integrity and surface condition checks.
Geometric Characteristics
Length, dimensions, wall thickness, pore size, pitch, wave height and depth, curvature, geometric surface area, and open area ratio.
Mechanical Properties
Axial compressive strength, radial compressive strength, adhesive strength, and abrasion resistance.
Process Performance
DeNOx efficiency, NH3 slip, SO2/SO3 conversion, and activity factor.
Chemical Composition
